Updating parking rates in the residential complex

Dear residents, please note that since 01.10.2022 the parking rates in the VTB Arena Park residential Complex have changed:

According to the daily rate (7:00-22:00), the cost of parking will be 150 rubles per hour.
At the night rate (22:00-7:00) — 2000 rubles., one-time payment.

The penalty for loss or damage of a parking card is 2000 rubles.

The working hours of the guest parking are around the clock!
Free parking time is 15 minutes.

Entrance to the Guest Parking is carried out through the entrance "C" (Leningradsky Prospekt, 36 p. 30) from the side of the TTK understudy, exit – through the exit "A"

The entrance and exit of guests is carried out through the entrance of the underground parking located in the building of building 37 (parking sector "J") and through the 5th entrance of p. 40 (parking sector "D") according to the parking cards issued.

Parking is paid using parking meters located on the 1st floor of the entrance to p. 37 and on the 1st floor near the parking area "G"
